There are many questions about the causes of weight gain and can stress cause weight loss. Many believe that it is one of the reasons but there really is not a solid answer to that question, it is just another one of those facts of life.
When we are stressed we tend to overeat and put on too much weight, this can be very dangerous for most people. If we can control our stress levels then we can control the amount of food we eat and lose weight.
